Chatelaine gives voice to Yazidi women

Chatelaine gives voice to Yazidi women

The January issue of Chatelaine features the story of Adiba, her family, and the struggle so many Yazidi survivors of genocide are facing now in Canada, seemingly forgotten by the immigration system.

Read the feature to learn more about them, OFWI's work, and other organizations helping these women rebuild their life after unspeakable horrors at the hands of ISIS.

OFWI would like to thank Naomi Buck, who wrote the piece, for her months of hard work in preparing this article and giving a voice to the voiceless.
