Nigerian Christians To Face Increased Wave of Violence

Radical Islamists Joining Forces To Increase Wave of Violence

Christians in Nigeria are bracing for a new wave of violence.

Al Qaeda, ISIS, Boko Haram, and other splinter extremist groups are working to escalate the attacks on Nigerian Christians.

Last week the United States military pushed back on strong holds controlled by extremist Islamist groups.

The response has been a momentary reprieve from the violent wave of attacks churches and small Christian communities have been forced to endure.

For Christians in the country to once again be safe, a sustained response must continue until the extremist groups put down their arms.

Our team on the ground reports serious concerns for what the new year has in store.

The Nigerian government must do more with international partners to stamp our the Islamic extremist roots that have been growing, leading to the increased violence on Christians in the country.

It is not too late to stop this hateful ideology from spreading and to see Nigeria remain a proud, peaceful nation.
