Expel Chinese Communist Party Police; Shut Their Stations Down

Coalition Calls For North American Sovereignty to be Upheld

TORONTO - The Chinese Government is operating illegal police stations in Canada and the United States. This is a violation of international law and an attack on the sovereignty of both countries.

How this campaign started.

For years the Chinese Communist Party has used agents outside of China to oppress human rights and democracy activists, as well as persecuted populations of Tibetan and Uyghur heritage, as well as Chinese speaking people. They also engage in espionage activity targeting all aspects of Canadian and American society.

While a whistleblowing report by Safeguard Defenders tracks at least 54 operating outside of China, with 3 in Toronto and 1 in New York City, many more are believed to exist.

A coalition led by One Free World International is calling for the Canadian and United States governments to take swift action to shut down known Chinese government police stations.

***Update: illegal police stations have been found to also be operating in Vancouver and Los Angeles***

Ask 1 - Close Stations & Deport Agents

We the undersigned call on the Canadian and American governments to immediately shut down illegal Chinese overseas police stations and deport their agents back to China.

ask 2 - Accountability + Protect human rights

We the undersigned call for action from the international community to stop the Chinese Communist Party’s intimidation beyond its borders and do more to protect human rights.

ask 3 - defend our sovereignty

We the undersigned call for a full accounting of how these stations were allowed to open and operate in Canada and the United States. We need to know this will not happen again and what lessons can be learned. Canadian and American authorities need to prosecute individuals responsible for collaborating with these illegal police stations.
